Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the gh999 platform, including the website available at gh999.io, all associated mobile interfaces, casino game products, sports betting services, account management tools, promotional programmes, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account with gh999, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the gh999 Platform and close your account.

Eligibility

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one gh999 account at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — is strictly prohibited. gh999 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate account activity.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, gh999 will close all accounts held by that individual, return the original deposit amount at its sole discretion, and forfeit any bonuses, free bets, winnings, or promotional credits associated with any of the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gh999 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)

4.4 Restricted Funds

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials

• Engaging in collusion with other players to artificially influence game or match outcomes

gh999's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their gh999 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gh999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gh999 shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your gh999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within five business days. Any available balance in your account at the time of closure request (excluding funds subject to wagering requirements or under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by gh999

gh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gh999 will endeavour to complete its review within thirty calendar days. During any investigation period, the account balance will be held and no withdrawals will be processed.

Disputes

If you believe that gh999 has made an error in the settlement of any game, bet, bonus, withdrawal, or account-related matter, you must raise a formal dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered.

gh999's system records shall be the primary source of truth in all dispute resolutions. gh999's decisions, made in good faith based on available system records, shall be final and binding absent demonstrable technical error.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or otherwise, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gh999 operates the Platform as a service targeting adult players in Bangladesh and endeavours to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relevant to its operations.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as gh999 confirming or representing that the use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
